Feburary 25 (Saturday) - Registration at Westlake Rec Center, 10am to Noon in the Community Rooms
By April 15 - Teams formed
April 17 (Tuesday) Time TBD - Coaches meeting at the Lakewood Elks Club on Center Ridge Road in Westlake. Coaches may pick up equipment bags at the WGSA storage facility immediately after the meeting.
April 23 (Mon) - first day of practices
TBD - Student Umpire Clinic, 11AM, Rec Center Field RC-1
May 6 (Sun) - Pitching Clinic - 1pm to 2:30pm at Westlake High School. Outside if it's nice out, in the gym if it isn't.
May 6 (Sun) - Coaching Clinic - 2:30pm to 4:00pm also at Westlake High School, immediately following the Pitching Clinic.
May 20 - Picture Day (Sunday) 1pm to 4pm at Clague Cabin - Click HERE for Schedule
May 21- Start of the 2012 season, depending on your division
May 28 - Memorial Day Parade; all girls and coaches meet at 9:20am, at the Westlake Christian Church, 25800 Hilliard Blvd, to walk/march to Clague Park for ceremonies
June 23 - ALL STAR GAMES
July 9 - Playoffs begin
TBD (Equipment Drop off day) - Coaches can drop off the equipment bags at the self storage facility Uncle Bob's Self storage on Detroit road next to O'Brien Chevrolet. 1/8 of a mile East from Columbia and Detroit Rd on Detroit road.

- There are two Uncle Bob's self storage in Westlake and our storage unit is in the Detroit road location
- Drive down the entrance you will pass the gate, make a right, then you're first left. 10 units down on the left.
